Our representatives unlock the consoles, remove the nylon bags and transport them under lock and key to our high volume shredder. This shredder is housed inside our secure archive facility where it can shred 300 lbs. of paper per minute. (It is able to completely shred an entire yellow pages phonebook in one second.)

 

All clients receive a certificate of destruction for proof of our compliance.

An informative note on mobile shredding:

 

Shredding confidential documents in a parking lot may sound interesting at first, but consider the following:

 

  1. Shredding near your business is disruptive to your customers, your employees and your environment.

  2. This equipment is loud. Shredding creates dust and lots of it. It also produces diesel exhaust fumes next   to your business. Complaints from noise, dust and odor are common.

  3. Standing next to a truck, watching someone else shred paper inside a truck wastes your time.

   4. Standing in a parking lot is uncomfortable. Often hot in summer and cold in winter.

  5. A windy parking lot is not a secure location for your confidential documents. This is exactly what you don't want.

  6. Mobile operations are the most expensive method to shred.
